Now that we have a theme for our All-School Reunion, we are once again asking for your help. We are seeking ideas for artwork/graphic designs for t-shirts, signage, and other memorabilia for our reunion utilizing our theme:

Recipe # 1
Aunt Elina's Casserole
1# Veal
1# Pork
1 small onion
1 large pkg noodles
1 #2 can cream corn
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 small can pimento - chopped
1 small can Mushrooms
1/2 lb. cheese
1 large green pepper
Bread crumbs
salt & pepper to taste
Brown cubed meat and onion in butter.
Simmer in very little water until tender.
Combine with cooked needles.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake in two large casseroles in moderate oven 350 degrees for one hour.
Serves 15 - 20
Freezes well

Recipe # 2
Rhubarb Upside Down Cake
Place in the bottom of a well greased cake pan - 4 cups of rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, & a pkg. of miniature marshmallows.
Batter:
3 beaten egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup hot water
1 tbsp butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash nutmeg
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour mix over the rhubarb and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Serve with whip cream - If you wish.
